FAR 52.222-37(b)
When it is used
Rides along with 52.222-35: contracts ≥ $200,000 (22.1303(a); was $150k until 2025-09-30).
Read closely
It is the reporting half of FAR 52.222-35 and rides the same threshold, $200,000 since 2025-10-01 under FAR 22.1303(a). Paragraph (g) carries the terms into subcontracts at that value as of the award date. Under the model text for the FAR overhaul paragraph (b)(3) loses the words 'at each hiring location', so the maximum and minimum headcount is reported for the company as a whole.

This is research, not legal advice. It states what the regulation says about this clause and cites the paragraph behind it. It does not rule on your order, and it does not rule on whether a prime's markings are correct.
